Address Plate Renewal Request

This service allows users to renew and replace commercial and non-commercial address plates.

Information Certificate Request

Through this service, users can request a certificate of building inquiry.

Reclamation Permit Request

This service allows users to apply for the issuance of a reclamation permit.

  4. Approval letter from the Coast Guard and Ports Authority

Insurance Refund Request

This service allows users to request a refund of insurance.

Municipal Account Opening

This service allows users to apply for opening a municipal fees account.

  1. Document proving the rental contract is registered on the e-Government portal
  2. Copy of the rental contract in Arabic or translated into Arabic
  3. Letter from the owner confirming personal use of the commercial property
  4. Photos of the property
  5. Copy / attachment of the bank account number (IBAN)
  6. Vacating letter if the property is not vacant

Municipal Account Closure

This service allows users to apply for closing a municipal fees account.
