Small Addition Service

This service aims to grant a permit for the possibility of adding a vertical expansion (adding one or more floors) or a horizontal expansion to an existing building, provided that the total added area does not exceed 50 square meters.

Required Documents:

  1. Request letter from the owner addressed to the Municipality.
  2. Letter from the owner addressed to the Electricity and Water Authority.
  3. Copy of the ownership document.
  4. Copy of the owner’s ID.
  5. Address of the building to be expanded.
  6. Owner’s residential address.
  7. Owner’s email registered in the eGovernment notifications system.
  8. Mobile number registered in the eGovernment notifications system.
  9. Engineering drawings of the existing building.
  10. Engineering drawings of the proposed addition approved by an authorized engineering office.
  11. Commitment or mandatory supervision from an authorized engineering office.
  12. Photos of the building’s facades.

Separation Service

This service enables property owners and engineering offices to apply for a separation permit, which allows them to divide or partition a specific property.

Required Documents:

  1. Request letter from the owner addressed to the Municipality.
  2. Copy of the ownership document.
  3. Copy of the owner’s ID.
  4. Address of the building to be separated.
  5. Owner’s residential address.
  6. Owner’s email registered in the eGovernment notifications system.

  8. Engineering drawings of the building showing the section to be separated.
  9. Electricity bill.

Merge Service

This service enables property owners and engineering offices to apply for a merging permit, which allows them to combine two or more units.

  1. Request letter from the owner addressed to the Municipality.
  2. Copy of the ownership document.

  4. Address of the building to be merged.
  5. Owner’s residential address.

Renovation Service

This service enables property owners and engineering offices to apply for a renovation permit to renovate existing properties, provided that the renovation does not affect the building’s structural framework or alter its features or internal layout.

  3. Copy of the owner’s ID.
  4. Address of the building to be renovated.
  5. Owner’s residential address.

Change of Usage Service

This service enables property owners and engineering offices to apply for a change-of-use permit, which allows them to change the usage type of a specific property.

  3. Copy of the owner’s ID.
  4. Address of the building for which the change of use is requested.
  5. Owner’s residential address.

Fencing Service

This service enables property owners and engineering offices to apply for a fencing permit to preserve the ownership of vacant land.

  2. Letter from the owner addressed to the Electricity and Water Authority.
  3. Copy of the ownership document.
  4. Copy of the owner’s ID.
  5. Survey certificate or cadastral plan.

Request for Demolish Permit

This service allows users to submit demolition permit applications.
