Approval issued by the Urban Planning Department upon a property owner’s request, confirming the site’s suitability for development, including permitted uses, building requirements, parking provisions, and other regulatory conditions according to approved urban plans. This type of approval is required for properties with classifications that do not have specified regulatory requirements (e.g., SP special project areas) or when requesting additional conditions beyond the classification requirements.
